Bulking Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies play a key role in my daily diet. They have been pivotal in my weight gain journey. I have worked hard day in and day out to gain nearly 50lbs from the age of 18-22. I graduated high school at roughly 140lbs, and I currently weigh 187.6lbs. If you are looking for a healthy way to pack on weight, look no further.

Muscle gainer smoothie:

-Ingredients

1) Protein (I prefer gold standard optimum nutrition). 1.5 Scoops

2) 1 Cup Whole Milk

3) 2 Bananas

4) 1 Cup Frozen Fruit

5) 10 Almonds

6) 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter

7) 1/2 cup oats

Totals:

Calories-1022

Protein-63

Carbs-119

Fat-34

I drink these smoothies daily as they have played an enormous role in my weight gain journey. If you have not incorporated smoothies into your diet I would highly recommend that you do! They are easy to drink on the go and are calorie dense.
